Board Member – David is the President and Co-Founder of the Texas Signal, a news and media company based in Houston. David focuses on strategic partnerships, business growth, and policy for the organization. David has been active in political fundraising and political campaigns across the country, currently serving as a Senior Advisor to Beto O’Rourke’s Texas gubernatorial campaign. Before founding Texas Signal, David was the Texas Political Director for Mike Bloomberg’s presidential campaign, the National Finance Coalitions Director for Beto O’Rourke’s presidential campaign, and a top Policy Advisor for Beto O’Rourke during his 2018 U.S. Senate race.

David cares deeply about international relations. He is also committed to non-profit and philanthropic work. A graduate of both Georgetown University and Stanford University, David previously founded a non-profit focused on renewable energy, carrying out projects in Central Asia and the Caribbean. David is active on the boards of New Leaders Council, Nextgen America, Chicken and Egg Pictures, Vote Simple, Be The Solution, AAPI Victory Fund, and the Philanthropy Workshop.
