President and CEO – Carl spent over a decade as Senator Richard Lugar’s (R-IN) senior professional staffer for Latin America on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee (SFRC). He served as the Director of the Americas Program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) and in senior leadership positions in government affairs and advocacy for Latin America at Uber and PhRMA, and most recently as Managing Director at FTI Consulting, focusing on strategic communications, political risk management, and public affairs for Latin America. Though born in the United States, Meacham was raised in Chile, his mother’s country of origin.
